2. Goals

Goals Timeframe
To increase membership from 68 to 138 medium
To induct at least 5 members in the Annual Challenge 2022 short
To have at least one club per half year sponsor a new club medium

3. Successes/ Positives observed

  1. A Club to be chartered can quickly gather more members when their initiatives is rooted from helping a targeted avenue or a community to help in already such as in the case of Y’s Men’s Club of Clark Ark which took about a quarter or so of the year to process their charter application.
  2. 5 Clubs from Manila Bay District joined the Teambuilding, of which 3 have shown resilience despite hurdles within their club.
  3. Increase of filed memberships from 68 of February 2019 to 88 members in August 2019.
  4. Increase of club members of at least 2-3 per club from July 2019 to December 2019.
  5. 4 clubs from Japan signed a brotherhood club agreement with Y’s Men’s Club of Manila Downtown
