4. Challenges

Responsiveness and commitment of RDs are critical to achieving the goals.

Many RDs do not share on their efforts, if any, in extension. This lack of communication makes it very difficult for ASDs to report on the achievements of the Area.
Planning to attend APAY Exco Meeting in HK in Mar 2020.
Will publicise financial support available from IHQ for extension.
Will be encouraging Regions to submit their application for YES Funding.

5. Future Activities Planned

Will be circulating information on new clubs chartered during the service year.
Planning to attend APAY Exco Meeting in HK in Mar 2020.
Will publicise financial support available from IHQ for extension.
Will be encouraging Regions to submit their application for YES Funding.

6. Additional Comments

More time should be made available for discussion on extension during MYM.
MYM should address the issue of RDs failure in communication. AEOs should explore ways to help weak RDs.

7. Motions To Be Considered By MYM

A Motion to be considered for YES contributions be made mandatory. The quantum per club/member be discussed and a consensus obtained during MYM.
