1. Specific Goals during the term
To start the Portalbuzz in the Region where it is not in use yet.
2. Measures to be taken to achieve the above mentioned goals
In 1st Semester 2018-19 encourage all Regions to report membership figures by using Portalbuzz system.
To train all RDs to use Portalbuzz applications.
3. Achievements Made
Start collecting data from various Regions
4. Challenges
The main challenge is Asia Pacific Area has 7 Regions, covered
Australia Region - 13 Clubs, 207 members
Japan East Region - 61 Clubs, 884 members;
Japan West Region - 85 Clubs, 1,540 members;
Philippines Region - 9 Clubs, 91 members;
Southeast Asia Region - 26 Clubs, 452 members;
Sri Lanka Region - 8 Clubs, 106 members;
Taiwan Region - 23 Clubs, 526 members;
Total 225 Clubs & 3,806 members.
It covers a large geographical area and has its own culture. Some countries has concerned the privacy legislation on data input.
