1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2020/21? – Update on Progress

In an unexperienced environment, we will notice many new things, and if we try one of them, we may be surprised that it turns out to be a plus. 

We will also get a sense of accomplishment.  

2. Share 2 or more key activities that have made/will make a difference

  1. Remote conferencing with Zoom platform and digitization of documents
  2. Progress of study of incorporation of the Region under the Japanese law

IBC: 7 new IBC relationships

Ongoig (1 IBC was established by Zoom on Nov. 14.)

DBC: 2 new DBC relationships

Ongoing (1 DBC scheduled on Dec. 12 but it was postponed.) 

New Clubs  (E): 5 Clubs

On going (1 new club was chartered on oct. 3.)

New members (M): 150 members

Ongoing (Net increase of 20 members as of Nov. 30)

4. Challenges

  1.  Continue the activities by acquiring the skills and tools required by the times and optimizing ingenuity.
  2.  Promotion of "Chang! 2022" campaign to increase members to 1,246 or more at the end of 2022.

  Considering the limited activities under COVID-19 pandemic, JER waived the payment of Regional dues  which each Club must pay

  for the first semester of 2020-2021.
