Steps taken to-date to achieve Goals and Key Targets 2020/21 Status/Result
(Completed, Ongoing, etc.)

At the time of writing this report Clubs are just starting to restart meeting face to face. Fund raising for International projects is limited.
In the Australian Region clubs will begin the the long break over christmas and will not meet again until early Feruary.
Traditionally most club do not make contributions to International Programs and projects until May. As most have not held fund raising activities
it is unlikely that expected targets will be met for 2020-21.
As Regional Director my main empasis with clubs is to maintain membership and dues collection. I can report that all clubs have paid their semested dues and are up to date in their payments.
We have had on club ( Perth) re-start their connection to Y Service international and they have paid backdated fees to cover the 3 semesters they were missing. So we had an increse of 9 Members.
