1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2020/21 in taking up the appointment
- To work with AEOs, ASDs, and RDs to achieve the goals by coordinating meetings and facilitating communication among the family members.

2. Goals and Key Targets 2020/2021
1. Plan and coordinate Area Council meetings (AEO Meetings, ACM, MYM, and QCMs)
2. Support new committees, task forces and, teams to obtain their goals
3. Help the Area contribute to the 100-year Celebration
3. Challenges
- To get responses to or acknowledgment of the messages sent to RDs and ASDs
- To serve a liaison among the AEOs, ASDs, and RDs to achieve Area's goals
