1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2020/21? – Update on Progress

Charter at least five new clubs.           Cureently 0 club.

2. Share 2 or more key activities that have made/will make a difference

  1. Conduct leadership training sessions.   Be aware that the club is changing.  Without cRehange,there is no grouth.
  2. Review of public relations activities.  Consider and implement new public relations.

3. Steps taken to-date to achieve Goals and Key Targets 2020/21

Implementing the challenge 22 campaign.

Organize exchange meeting between East and West region in 2022.   make preparations for this.

Implementation of partnership committee between YMCA and Y's Men's Club.

DBC: 4 New DBC relationships. On going.

Promoting the admission of young new members

in thedistrict and club.  

Inviting new members to join by holding a management school or other activities.
