1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2020/21? – Update on Progress

Active in Extension and keep SEA Region unity.

2. Share 2 or more key activities that have made/will make a difference

CE Emphasis in SEA Region. A prayer week was held from Nov 10 to 14m 2020 & SEA Region prayer meeting is held 1^st week of every month.
Cross collaboration with ASD-YL/RSD-YL & Myanmar YMCAs for forming a few YMC clubs in Myanmar.

Extension in Nepal

A pre-meeting was held for a potential YMC Women Club in Kathmandu in Nov 20.

Extension in Myanmar

The 1^st meeting was held with Myanmar national YMCA & Yangon, YMCAs of Mandalay, Loikaw, Myityina for discussion on forming a few YMC clubs in Oct 20.

Meeting with potential members of YMC Myityina in Nov 20 and will meet again in Dec 20.

IBC Progress – YMC Lumbini & YMC Kitakyushu

1^st exchange meeting in Oct 20

2^nd exchange meeting in Nov 20

Youth Club in Nepal

A briefing session was held for Y’s Youth Club of Lumbini & Y’s Youth Club of Kwasoti

A training session will be held and two youth clubs will be chartered before end of Dec 20.

4. Challenges

Some countries e.g. Hong Kong, Nepal, Malaysia are still in the midst of COVID 19 that
regular meeting/activities/community service are still postponed.

6. How can Area help?

Clubs in SEA Region are weak in the awareness of fund donation due to lack of promotion and education on the usage of funds.
Propose Area to conduct a training session and offer a unique & an effective promotional material.
