Promote the active conclusion of IBCs and the strengthening of IBC relations to promote international friendship and solidarity, even (or because) under the influence of COVID-19.

  1. So far, two new IBCs were signed (Young Motaruwa-Chennai, Adeliade-Kofu21) and seven arrangements are on the way.
  2. I haven't received any news from the Philippines.
