Leadership Training & Organizational Development

Edward K. W. Ong, ASD-LTOD

1. Specific Goals during the term

1. Review and revise Content & Material for RDE Training in December.
2. Prepare revised powerpoint slides for RDE training to suit ASP Area.
3. Align training methods and content with Int'l Training objectives.
4. Review and prepare Content & Material for DG & CP training by RDs.
5. To avail training and YMI information to Club level and every member.

2. Measures to be taken to achieve the above mentioned goals

1. Commence preparations to achieve above Goals on 1 Sept 2018.
2. Present budget and obtain funding for IT support & training materials.
3. Seek feedback from RDs & DGs.

3. Motions to be considered by ACM

Budget to be approved: RDE Training & Cost of materials.
