Immediate Past Area President's Report

Edward K. W. Ong, IPAP 2017-2018

1. Specific Goals during my term/membership statistics and program goals

  1. To assist AP by way of advice, recommendations at meetings.
  2. To attend RC that AP is unable to be present.
  3. To assist in leadership training where required.
  4. To assist in Club extension and MC.

2. Achievement of Specific Objectives during this reporting period

  1. Assisted AP during meetings, consulted on Area & Regional matters.
  2. Attended RC of Philippines Region – also conducted Leadership Training.
  3. Conducted some sessions during Joint RDE Training of ASP & Korea Areas.
  4. Participated in EBBA to Phnom Penh, Cambodia in June 2018.

4. Future Activities planned

  1. Help to follow up on training of Club leaders & Charter of proposed Y Service Club of Phnom Penh.
  2. Plan and organise Joint RDE Training of ASP & Korea Areas.
  3. May assist in reviving/forming Club in Indonesia.

5. Challenges

  1. Identifying leaders & recruiting Members for new Clubs.
  2. Having leaders who are committed and will carry out their duties responsibly and be inspiring.

6. Additional Comments

  1. Be available to assist new AP and new RDs.
  2. Help to lead and plan AC2019 as Chairman.
