1. Specific Goals during my term/membership statistics and program goals

To encourage, promote and coordinate to have new IBCs within the Area
To communicate with ISD-IBC and ASD-IBCs of other Area to find the candidate Clubs
To attend the signing ceremonies as many as possible

2. Achievement of Specific Objectives during this reporting period

Signed new IBC from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018
 Kangaroo Flat (Australia) & Chiang Mai (Thailand): At 27th APAC
 Singapore Beta Chapter (Singapore) & Lanna Chiang Mai (Thailand): At 27th APAC
 Kobe-Port (Japan West) & Chiang Rai (Thailand): June 9, 2018

Planned new IBC:
 Young Moratuwa (Sri Lanka) & Kovai Green City (India)
 Colombo (Sri Lanka) & Ernakulam South (India)
 Tokachi (Japan East) & Kyoto-West (Japan East) &Taipei Down Town (Taiwan): Triangle

Signed new DBC (Domestic Brother Clubs)
 Okinawa (Japan East) & Kyoto-Tobe (Japan West): August 26, 2017
 Fuji Goko (Japan East) & Kyoto-Rakuchu (Japan West): February 3, 2018
 Takarazuka (Japan West) & Kagoshima (Japan West) June 9, 2018
 Kobe-Gakuentoshi (Japan West) & Okayama (Japan West) June 9, 2018

Looking for the partner:
 Kyoto-Tops (Japan West) and Kyoto-Century (Japan West) are looking for the Clubs in Taiwan.
 Clubs in Sri Lanka are looking for the Clubs in Denmark.

3. Activities undertaken during this reporting period

Although I proposed to set up IBC bulletin board at our Area Website, it has not been realized.

4. Future Activities planned

IBC bulletin board will start from the beginning of the next term.

5. Challenges

Poor responsiveness from certain Regions against my inquiries
