1. Extension 3new clubs
2. To strengthen the relationship between Y's and YMCA
3. To strengthen PR activities

6. New IBC Agreement: 3clubs

2. Measures to be taken to achieve the above mentioned goals

1. To form the Extension Committee of the Rgion
2. To appoint YMCA liaison as the new Regional managerial position
3. To study full use of SNS for PR activities
