First Memo has been sent to all RSDs/RDs in ASP.
Either STEP or YEEP, possibility of at least 1 in and 1out.

3. Achievements Made

i)Kohshi Nakamura to Canada region from 22nd, July to 10th, August and Mr.& Mrs. Todd Robinson/Fredericton EPSILON Y’s Service club kindly looked after him. Nakamura made the presentation at the Kyushu district meeting in September. Says it was good experience for his future activity. Japan West will advise the above report to all their members through the RD report, in order to understand “Step and Yeep” project.
ii)ST01-18/19 – Pahani Fernando from Sri Lanka has had wonderful experience in Japan East and Japan West from March 21 to April23. She is expected to send her progress report.
iii)ST02-18/19 – Yvonne Hong from Taiwan has been accepted by Dave Hall and had to postpone her trip to early September as she is involved in coordinating the AYC this summer. All set in Canada for her arrival after the AYC.
iv)ST03-18/19 – Ishida Tomoki from Japan West has been accepted by RD Bjarne in Denmark. Tomoki will begin his STEP in August 2019. RSD Flemming is excited in getting the programme ready for his visit.

Constant communication is KEY.
Frequent reminders are sent if there happens to be a delay in response.
Encouraging STEP/YEEP within the regions.
