1.   The final draft of the Asia Pacific Area History has been submitted on June 11, 2021 to the Editorial Team, appointed and led by AP David Lua. The team will review and approve the contents’ accuracy and will decide on the format and other concerns towards the final release of this compilation, including the decision to print and how may copies.

3. Outline specific objectives/actions you are proposing for 2021/221.    When the Editorial team have finished their review; hopefully, not to go beyond June 30, 2021, they may finalize the manuscript or send it back to me for finalization.

1.    When the Editorial team have finished their review; hopefully, not to go beyond June 30, 2021, they may finalize the manuscript or send it back to me for finalization.

2.    There are many more materials and photos that was decidedly not included in the History for printing; most had been already featured in the ASP Bulletin.

3.    AP David Lua decided to have a Photo Gallery, featuring photos in action of member Regions to be part of the History Book. Request has been emailed in this regard; asking submission not later than 28 June 2021.

4.    I recommend the following:

a)   To have this History manuscript printed into a Book; number of copies to be decided by AP David Lua &/or Editorial Team,.

b)   Convert this article into an eBook format; for easier access by all members who may be interested to read/view these articles.

c)    For future Area Historians to update contents with the on-going ASP Area developments.

5.    I further recommend that this and all other relevant ASP records, documents and relevant materials be indexed/catalogued and deposited in a “user – friendly - easy -to - access” filing system at a designated place; with consideration to safeguard all those that may be confidential in nature (if any) apart from those that can be accessible to all readers.

4.

Indicate topics needing Area or International attention Timeframe
(immediate, within the
year, long term, etc.)
With the collected and collated materials, a process and guideline must be set up to safeguard this material and to make other ASP documents be organized and easily available upon need/request. As soon as feasible

5. Additional Comments, if any
