1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2021-22
2. Goals and Key Targets 2021-22
The biggest goal we have in our region this time is to find a way to carry out community service in these
Lock down situations . However most of our Clubs are conducting these services in a small way as best as possible
therefore it is veery difficult to set Goals , but with the current Lockdown we are hopeful and trusst God that this will be the last and
we will be able to rise to our full potential in the second half of my Term of Office
3. Key Activities 2021-22
It is difficult to map out any activities due to the current situation, however I am in touch with all Clubs in the Region
4. Challenges
The biggest challenge we face is the aging of our members as it is very difficult to encourage youger folk to join.
In Order to overcome this i plan to ensure that every club has a youth club as sometimes it is difficult to gel
the young and the old, as their thoughts dont always match which is understandable.
5. Date of Regional Convention
We may not be able to have a physical convention , however we did have a first physical cum Zoom meeting
at which we installed the New Board. We will have a convention mybe by Zoom in September or October this year
