Website Development Task Force
The Task force group is in the last stages of constructing the website. There are still some images to upload and Checks on links to be made.
On Monday 24th of January the task force met online via zoom to check ,collate and add images and Text to the website. We will meet again on Monday 3rd of Febuary and hopefully be close to launching the site.
There are still questions to be answered . Who will administer the site? who will be responsible for input of reports etc similar to what is required now? These decisions need to be made by the Area executive
Once the site is live what will happen to the old site? A recent addition that will be needed to add as a link is the Access to the Digital Archives. As Taskforce chair I will be attending the Meeting of this on the 27th January
We had a meeting for Regional directors prior to christmas to allow them to give feedback on the new site. there was one response which we used to adjust parts of the site
Decisions on what to do about online payment access needs to be made by the Area executive if this function is to be activated for clubs.
