| FREQUENCY OF MEETING | No meetings have been held since the last ASP Area Council Meeting. |
| ACTIVITY/RESULTS | The provisional ASP Area Constitution and Constitutional Guidelines was approved by the ICM after online voting on 1 November 2021. |
| COMMENTS | This task force hopes that the new Area Constitution and Constitutional Guidelines will provide a solid framework in which to conduct the business of the Area and the Regions. Thanks very much to all those who have been involved in this lengthy process, especially the International Constitutional Review Committee and the Chair, Silvya Reyes de Croci. |
