1. Your expectations to make a difference during Nov.~Jan.2022 -Update on Progress

1. As IPAP, I hope to work alongside AP in following through to the completion of the various ongoing projects that were launched in 2020/21.

2. That the AEOs will be able to work effectively to facilitate the smooth transition into 2022/23 under new leadership.

3. Assisting in resolving conflicts within the Area.

4. Bringing about Inter-Area activities between Korea and ASP Area.

2. Share 1 or 2 Key Activities that have made/will make a difference

Monitoring and participating in the following project meetings:

1. Area Website Development

2. Area Centenary Projects:

a) Partnership with Makati YMCA on an Environmental Project - the Solar PV System Installation has been completed in Dec 2021.

b) SongFest Project - happy to see good progress under the Chairmanship of Asaba-san with receipt of songs in the YMI archive.  I am happy to contribute a set of lyrics titled: "A Tribute to Y's Men & Women"

c) Food & Cultural Heritage Project under CP Clarence Ling - need to encourage greater participation.

       3. Sitting as a member of AP Troika to address complaints against the RD of the Philippine Region.

3. Step taken to-date to achieve Goals and Key Target 2021/2022

1. Working in close collaboration with Task Force Chairs and AEOs.

2. Made a recce trip to Phnom Penh, Cambodia together with IP Dr. Kim Sang-chae to determine the sites for the proposed Cambodia Medical Mission under the "Heal the World Program".

4. Challenges

The challenge in communication among AEOs has been mostly overcome through the efficient interpretation of IPAS Keiko Tonegawa who remains an invaluable member of the Team.

5. Additional Comments, if any

1. I commend AP Ohno Ben for continuing with the practice of monthly AEO Meetings and the close cooperation among the AEOs.  A special word of thanks to AS Kayoko Maeda who is doing well in coordinating the various meetings.

2. I am happy that AEOs were united in their decision in resolving the conflicts in the Philippine Region which has since seen good progress under the Philippine Regional Interim Administrative Committee.
