1. Your expectations to make a difference during Nov.～Jan.2022 -Update on Progress
- We started our 100 day campaign for membership in September and ended it in November. We were able to bring in 10 new members between November and January.
2. Share 1 or 2 Key Activities that have made/will make a difference
- We are creating a new organization to create a new club. That organization will be made up of key people from across the club to establish the new club.
- We decided to continue the forum that we started in September, and will continue it after February.
3. Step taken to-date to achieve Goals and Key Target 2021/2022
- We hold monthly meetings for members in that role in the club, department, and district to keep track of club activities in order to achieve our membership goals.
- We form committees to realize the goals of our role as a public service corporation and to build more effective community service projects.
4. Challenges
- We want many clubs to become glocal clubs by welcoming global members. We want to look for ways in which global members can participate in the mission of our clubs.
5. Your region’s efforts and activities toward the 100th anniversary
- We are planning to hold a social event to celebrate the 100th anniversary in collaboration with the Japan West Region.
