1. Your expectations to make a difference during Nov.～Jan.2022 -Update on Progress
- I felt some model project between YMCA and YMI in each country or their local communities is necessary to start discussion between YMCA and YMI in various levels. One of the above project is called "Youth Action " and that is proposed between YMCA in Japan and YM East and West Japan.
- Help Myanmar YMCA and four new Y's Men's Clubs for their continued activities while they are in the critical situation in the country.
2. Share 1 or 2 Key Activities that have made/will make a difference
- Starting the kick off of the Youth Action in November after long discussion among Y's Men East and West Japan to get consensus.
- Fund raising for Myanmar in Asia Pacific Area as well as in Japan.
3. Step taken to-date to achieve Goals and Key Target 2021/2022
- In Japan, we have organized Partnership Committee between YMCA and Y's Men's Clubs in Japan East and West. We meet every two month by Zoom.
- Fundraising Campaign has been done in Japan.
4. Challenges
1. There is no international level meeting held during this year and difficult to cowork with various countries.
5. Additional Comments, if any
- Indonesia may be anther country of joint work for extension as well as building good relationship between YMCA and YMI. Rachan will help this movement.
