Steps taken to-date to achieve Goals and Key Targets 2020/21 Status/Result
(Completed, Ongoing, etc.)

At the time of writing this report several Clubs are just starting to restart meeting face to face. Other clubs are meeting socially. Covid restrictions vary from week to week with
State border closures occuring with little warning . Hot spot lockdowns also have an effect on local clubs meeting. Fund raising for International projects is still limited for most clubs.
Regional Treasurer John has sent out Dues payment requests to all clubs including requests for donations to International Projects
Traditionally most clubs do not make contributions to International Programs and projects until May. As most have not held fund raising activities it is unlikely that expected targets will be met for 2020-21.
As Regional Director my main empasis with clubs is to maintain membership and dues collection. I can report that all clubs have paid their last semester dues and are up to date in their payments.
We have had a small increase in 1 club's membership.
