The TF met via video conference on Monday February 22nd, 2021.
Agreement was reached on the following points.
The contribution from members remains at US $2 per member per year payable with the second semester due.
That US $5000 remain as the maximum amount to be allocated to any one request.
That Regional Directors endorse any application from that Region.
Applications must be in writing and detail the involvement of Y’s Men’s Club and or YMCA either involved in the disaster or are prepared to support the emergency relief.
A report must be provided to the Area at the completion of the distribution of the Funds.
