Website Development Task Force
The task force for Website development meat for the first time on Tuesday 9th of February. Present were AP David, IPAP Hiroyuki Tanaka, Koichiro Eguchi Webmaster,Area Secretary Keiko,John fromm Taiwan Desmond Lee from Malaysia and myself as Chair.
After welcomes and Introductions were made of the memebers present we then commenced a very fruitful meeting with all members contributing to the discussion.
The terms of refence for the task force are ,
- to design a new , attaractive ,easier to access Area Website
- To intergrate existing websitesof the Regions with the new area website
- To organise a team to maintain the website
- To complete the development by 31 Maya 2021
Discussion was held about the following things.
- What is the current situation
- Target Audience
- Content required now and the future
- Promotion of the organisation, its goals, Programs and community service
- Use of socail media and mobile apps
The Task force will meet again via zoom in a fortnights time. Chairperson Wayne to draw together the discussion points and prepare a framework for the structure of the Website across the Area.
Once the structure is agree to then the next stage will be allocation of tasks to start making the website.
