1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2020/21 in taking up the appointment

1. Through the AEO meeting, I was able to work with AP as a member of the Troika to make a difference.

2. I realized the importance of my role in contributing to the development of YMI through my involvement in the international committees and various area committees.

3. Through planning and organizing the RDE training, we were able to set the stage for the 2021/22 activities.

4. Challenges (please explain)

1. Although various events and activities will continue to be hindered by COViD19, we would like to introduce each club's ingenious activities to each other and make efforts to continue YMI activities despite the difficult situation.

 

2. We would like to understand the HTW project, spread it in the area, and aim for the goal of IP.

The impact of Covid-19 has made it difficult to travel abroad. While web-based meetings are frequent and communication is possible, face-to-face interaction is still necessary. I would like to continue efforts to strengthen our bonds of across the area.
