1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2020/21 in taking up the appointment
I feel the partnership could be strengthened more when YMCAs are willing to cooperate or want to develop better partnership cooperation with YMI. Therefore, I decided to contact YMCAs who are willing to make a new and cooperative relationship building together with YMI in country or local level.

4. Challenges (please explain)
- In Myanmar we were almost in the final stage for Chartering four new YMCs in March, but the Coup occured and cannot see when it will be solved.
- In Philippines, Manila Countown and Makati YMC were cooperative, but YMCA may or maynot be so much interested. We will find out in March.
- In Taiwan, YMCAs were busy and not so positive for further parntership with YMCs in two YMCA areas.
- In Japan, there are official partnership meetings in the last 3 years. Both YMCA and YMC are willing but no fruit is seen yet.

Will contact the Philippine YMCA and ask if two or three YMCAs are willing to work with us for forming new YMCs in their service areas. As soon as political stability is back in Myanmar, we will start forming four new YMCs in Myanmar, NCY Mynmar, Mandalay, Loikaw, and Mytkyina. |

8. Topics for Discussion, if any
- For this extension work, I would like to introcude TOF, RBM, CS, BF, IBC for the local YMCAs and YMCs to feel the YMC is beneficial for the YMCA. Currently TOF were tough to get approved internationally, but we can do one or two ech year. We should focus on the good collective project for the development of both YMCA and YMC. IBC and BF could be used for that perposes.
