Promote the active conclusion of IBCs and the strengthening of IBC relations to promote international friendship and solidarity, even (or because) under the influence of COVID-19.

4. Current Status & Challenges

  1. So far, two new IBCs were signed (Young Motaruwa-Chennai, Adeliade-Kofu21) and some arrangements like below are on the way.
    • Osaka (Japan East)-Toledo Central (USA): Ongoing
    • Kitakyushu (Japan West)-Lumbini (Nepal): To be signed in May
    • Tokyo-Bayside (Japan East)-Phnom Penh (Cambodia): Preparing 
    • Kyoto (Japan West)- A Club in Taiwan: Searching  
  2. Now I'm working with USA Area to enhance IBC relationships with the Clubs in ASP Area and USA Area. 
  3. Still, the IBC Directory of YMI should be updated by RD/RSD-IBC.
