Promote the active conclusion of IBCs and the strengthening of IBC relations to promote international friendship and solidarity, even (or because) under the influence of COVID-19.

4. Current Status & Challenges
- So far, two new IBCs were signed (Young Motaruwa-Chennai, Adeliade-Kofu21) and some arrangements like below are on the way.
- Osaka (Japan East)-Toledo Central (USA): Ongoing
- Kitakyushu (Japan West)-Lumbini (Nepal): To be signed in May
- Tokyo-Bayside (Japan East)-Phnom Penh (Cambodia): Preparing
- Kyoto (Japan West)- A Club in Taiwan: Searching
- Now I'm working with USA Area to enhance IBC relationships with the Clubs in ASP Area and USA Area.
- Still, the IBC Directory of YMI should be updated by RD/RSD-IBC.
