- To request all ASP Area Region's History for inclusion
- To exhaust the support of current and recognized past leaders for historical data and records

- Time may be insufficient to finish the task, if not completedd by end of June, will need extension
- Navigating the website and uploading reports is a challenge

- Would need the AEO's assistance to endorse the cooperation of the ASD's, RD's and RSD's from their respective home region
- As they may be able, requesting AEO's to help secure historical data or direct the ASD Historian to where the information can be sourced from
