  1. To exert efforts to source out materials and chronicle received contributions for the term's history
  2. To request all ASP Area Region's History for inclusion
  3. To exhaust the support of current and recognized past leaders for historical data and records

  1. Would need the AEO's assistance to endorse the cooperation of the ASD's, RD's and RSD's from their respective home region
  2. As they may be able, requesting AEO's to help secure historical data or direct the ASD Historian to where the information can be sourced from

If time allows, please discuss where and how will the produced History records be kept or does the ASP Area have an archive/coding system for easy (reference) access
