1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2020/21? – Update on Progress
Charter at least five new clubs. Currently 0 club.
2. Share 2 or more key activities that have made/will make a difference
- Conduct leadership training sessions. Be aware that the club is changing. There is no growth without change.
- Review of public relations activities. Consider and implement new public relations.
- An EMC forum will be held in March 27th aiming for over 500 participants.
3. Steps taken to-date to achieve Goals and Key Targets 2020/21
Implementing the challenge 22 campaign.
Formation of an executive committee to hold exchange meeting in East Japan and West Japan Region.
