3. Outline specific objectives/actions you are proposing for 2023-24

a. Strengthen the region through more IBC with collaborative projects/activities.

b. Strengthen our campaign in submitting project reports with complete details and HD pics. I believe that through posting your high impactful and meaningful projects is a great adavantage because it is one of the best tool to promote your club, increase your membership. You have something to shown them, the legitimacy and seriosness of your club's advocacy. You can invite new possible members and activate inactive members as well.

c.More new clubs to charter BUT with QUALITY Members to avoid losing them after.

c. Encourage every Y's member to step up. Aceept a position, give them the chance to become a leader. Involve them, immerse them in every activity. It will deepen their commitment to stay, increase their passion in service and appreciate Y's Men movement more.

4. Indicate topics needing Area or International attention

a. Unity for all of US. From one region to another and one area to another, etc. It is important that we nurture our sense of togetherness and be a source of strength for others. The same way we gained strength and hope from the people around us.

b. Make our work our apostolate as to make it a medium to help more people because that has always been the goal, we've collectively shared.

c. Time for us to be more compassionate and understanding towards each other and turn away from the hatred, anger and the destructive mentality.

5. Additional Comments, if any

Thank you for the opportunity to represent and become part of ACM as RD of the Philippine Region. Thank you for all the trust and confidence. I will forever treasure the camaraderie. I was able to experience RDE Summit and RDE Training. During Centennial Celebration, I went to Taiwan as RD and lead my region. That I was able to meet in person the leaders of IHQ, the different Areas, especially the ASP people who have been my zoom friends for 3 years, that turned into my family as well.

Before I end my report, I would like to share something I've always mentioned during my speech, especially whenever I am infront of leaders. I want you to take note of this.

"Your leadership or your position does not stop here. After your term, where will you be? YOU continue to serve regardless of you holding a position. You serve not because of your title. BUT because you care and that is your calling. You continue to do so even when your term ends. Service does not stop when term does."

This sense of perspective inspires me the most and I hope so does wit you all, as it is something I've always kept at heart as I learned from the people I looked up to.
