1. Share what you consider to be the achievements/highlights of the Region and the Area
- I sent out various information on TOF to RDs and RSDs, emphasising TOF project application from each Region, but received no responses at all.
2. Membership and Financial Target & Achievement (as may be applicable)
- No report has been received from any Region or IHQ on the amount of TOF contributions made by each Region in 2022-2023.
3. Outline specific objectives/actions you are proposing for 2023-24
- Unfortunately, this was not done this year, but it is sincerely hoped that a list of email addresses of RSDs will be provided at the beginning of the year.
4. Indicate topics needing Area or International attention
- In addition to the communication problem with RDs and RSDs, I've received no information nor instruction from ISD-TOF. I think we should think about whether we really need ASDs, not limited to ASD-TOF but for each international programme.
