1. Share what you consider to be the achievements/highlights of the Region and the Area
- An EMC Session on sharing growth stragety was organized for Regions on September 23, 2022 which had over 55 participants.
- Participated in Area Development - Task Force on EMC & Youth Engagement and proposed strategies on membership growth in meetings.
- Organized an YMI Orientation Programme for YMCA voluntary workers in Phnom Pehn, Cambodia. The purpose of this programme is to revive YMC Phnom Pehn or establish a Youth club.

3. Outline specific objectives/actions you are proposing for 2023-24
- Sri Lanka Region is on the verge of suvival. The Area must do something to help the Region to increase membership.
- It was noticed that the number of new clubs members could not supplement the no of loss membership in each Region.
- Provision mentoring service to new clubs in Philippines to keep its substainability.
- To highly promote Booster Member Award in Area.
4. Indicate topics needing Area or International attention
- To keep accurate record the no of membership an dbe a reference for making stragety on membership , IHQ should provide updated figures on membership to the Area and ASD-EMC.
