1. Share what you consider to be the achievements/highlights of the Region and the Area

We started this year as a public benefit corporation.

We have conducted our business to achieve the objectives of that corporation.

We have strengthened our commitment to social issues.

  1. We raised funds to fight coronavirus infection in India.
  2. We raised funds to support the recovery from the disaster in Atami, Japan.
  3. We raised funds for civilian life in Myanmar.
  4. We raised funds for refugees in Ukraine.
  5. We worked with Japan West Region and the YMCA to support activities on social issues carried out by youth.
  6. We have held 6 meetings to explain the community service we are performing. The total number of participants exceeds 400

  1. We must create new projects as a public benefit corporation.
  2. We must create a strong committee structure with continuity.
  3. We need to strengthen our public relations capabilities, even if it costs us more.

4. Indicate topics needing Area or International attention

  1. We will work together with the YMCA to provide support for those who have fled Ukraine to Japan.
  2. We worked with Japan West Region and the YMCA to support activities on social issues carried out by youth.
