Youth Representative Mentor

1. Share what you consider to be the achievements/highlights of the Region and the Area

     1. On July 20, I sent my first letter introducing me as Youth Representative Mentor to AYR Tong.

 I also forwarded the Youth Representative Manual for her perusal and a fine start for the new Y's year also to be shared with the new AYR Ms. Alyssa Marie Alita.

 All these emails were copied to YIA Deepak Bhandari, AYDC Dino Badilla, AP Troika, AS, and ASD-LTOD Edward Ong for their information.

      2. On October 19, on AP Ohno's recommendation I gave a lecture to the YMCA Youth at the APAY Advanced Studies      as a resource person & Youth Representative Mentor.

      3. On October 30, as the YRM I focused on the importance of encouraging the Youth on Leadership Challenges in the      New Centenary where I was invited as the Chief guest

        at the India Area Y's Menettes Training Programme.

     4. Encouraged AYR Alyssa and IYR Dwight on the preparation of the "Youth Connect" webinar.

3. Outline specific objectives/actions you are proposing for 2022-23

YRM should emphasize the importance of including our affiliated Youth in all aspects of our movement and encourage AYRs to primarily find ways to strengthen the cooperation and coordination between our movement, and our Youth Clubs so that they can meet our common purpose.
