1. Share what you consider to be the achievements/highlights of the Region and the Area
At the beginning of this term, there were 3 Regions that have not yet implemented Portalbuzz.
- SEA: The Region performed training for Portalbuzz in September 2011. The target to accomplish the Portalbuzz by all clubs is by the end of June 2022.
- Japan West: The Regional Board resolved not to use Portalbuzz. I'd like to hear the reason for this from RD-JER.
- Philippine: No response. I'd like to hear the current status from RD-Philippines.

To encourage the Japan West Region to start using Portalbuzz
To support the Philippine Region to implement Portalbuzz
