1. Share what you consider to be the achievements/highlights of the Region and the Area

The Full year's training/seminars were scheduled at the beginning of the Term and duly completed by February 2022 with a concise content involving RDs and other ASDs as well. The programmes were also opened to RSDs & DGs. 

2. Membership and Financial Targets & Achievements(as may be applicable)

All training programme was collectively aimed at building stronger Clubs, extension and increasing Membership to develop a vibrant and more effective movement at all levels. 

3. Outline specific objectives/actions you are proposing for 2022-23

Based on the 2021-2022 experience, feedback and results, the next ASD-LTOD can modify and adapt the training programme for the new Term. 

4. Indicate topics needing Area or International attention

More time must be allocated for training to make them effectively familiar and to produce better results. 

5. Additional Comments, if any
