It was an efficient work to send letters to ASD and RD about EF. Explaining the categories of EF, how EF fund is used needed to be explained.

I’m sorry, we have not received the final report yet.

I will answer to Questions #3 and #4 together now
It was most efficient to attend the district and regional meetings as well as board meetings and appeal about EF. Because at such site, I could receive application on the day I attended the meetings. However, it should be also done by RDs and DSDs. Due to the pandemic and restrictions on travels, it was difficult.

Now,
Because of some sudden changes of exchange rates, it was troublesome to maintain the donators amount as they requested when transferring the money. The category could have changed if we did not ask for the additional donation.
The bank transfer handling charge is extremely large. Thus, it would good if you can consider for next year.
For example, accepting donation by credit card payment. Or if you create PayPal account, the payers do not need to make an account but only need to have a credit card to make a payment via PayPal.
