1. Share what you consider to be the achievements/highlights of the Region and the Area
- As Area Secretary, it was my goal to coordinate meetings efficiently and facilitating communication among the family members to achieve Area's goals.
- Thanks to Area President's dynamic leadership to engage leaders and general membership, and the cooperation from RDs, RSDs, Charis and the members of the Committees/ Task Force Teams, the Area has been more active and thriving than ever before.
- Constitution review, website development, NDERF policy review, Area Bulletin, youth engagement, Centenary Projects, a new partnership model with the YMCA, are some of the achievements.

- Each AEO team has its own style of administration and management. Whatever style the next AEOs use, those who are contacted should respond to acknowledge the receipt of an email, letter, or call. Communication is the key to success.
