1. Share what you consider to be the achievements/highlights of the Region and the Area
- The Website Task force has been a very cooperative group with representation from the majority of Regions. We have met many times via zoom.
The Task force looked at what was required to create a website to meet the needs of a diverse range of needs from the different Regions.
The main topics were narrowwed down to the following, About Us, Data library Social media, Quick Links,What's New, Enquires, Region Website links and a method to Donate or collect Dues
These catagories may change over time as the website evolves and new requirement emerge.
Next monday the first meeting to start the process of creating the website will begin

3. Outline specific objectives/actions you are proposing for 2021/22
- The taskforce had a time line to complete all the planning and selection of website developer by the end of May 2021.
This was done and the contact to start the website has been completed. the aim is to have the basic website up and running 3 months from the signing of the contaract.
I belive we can achieve this target.
