1. Reports on your progress toward your goals (activities from July to October)

  1. AEO Meetings: I participated in all monthly AEO meetings to work closely with AP and the rest of the AEOs to manage and strengthen the Area.

  2. Area Programs: I worked with AP and AS to organize and conduct the First ACM, the ASD Training Session, and the EMC Session,   

  3. Area Centennial Projects: I have attended most of the SongFest and the Food, Heritage and Culture meetings to lead those commemorative projects to success.

  4. International Commitment: I represented the Asia Pacific Area at the 2022 ICM (July 4-9, Aarhus, Denmark) and the 2022 IYC (Sept. 4-9, Chiang Mai, Thailand).

2. Reports on your plans (October to February 2023)

  1. I will continue participating in all the meetings and programs in the Area from preparation to execution or implementation.

  2. I have identified the strength and weaknesses of each Region. I would like to seek measures to help each Region to overcome its weakness.

  3. I will start working more closely with the Area Convention Committee, the Host Convention Committee, and the Area Youth Convocation Committee to prepare for the significant conventions in the next year.

  4. I will draw up my plan as AP, taking the Area and International challenges into consideration.

3. Challenges you feel you are facing in carrying out the assignment (if any)

  1. How to help the Regions to grow stronger.
