#International Contribution
To achieve the International Contribution goals. It needed to put the right man into the right job, hence, we sought eligible senior members to fill up each position.
-The RSD Manual including International Contribution along with the invitation letter for the Regional Officers to review their job description at the earlier stage before accepting the position.
-Train the Trainers by organizing the Regional Training program, and invited ASD who have been responsible to train ROs, DGs, RSDs, and interested participants at the early of the administrative year because The Regional Team is very essential as being the leaders to drive programs and activities for the success of our region. It helps our team to gain new skills, perform better, develop existing skills, and enhance productivity. Not only do these programs offer opportunities to improve their skills to work more efficiently but can carry on the SEA Region to fulfill its mission in 2022/23 achieving our goals.
