1. Reports on your progress toward your goals (activities from July to October)

  1. Attended the World Council held in Arhus Dnmark in July.)

2. Reports on your plans (October to February 2023)

  1. We planned the 100th anniversary Gathering in Taiwan, but cancelled. Another meeting has been planned by Japan East and West in February 2023 in Kobe Japan.
  2. Youth Action Project (10 Projects in Japan) have been conducted till Januray 2023. The projects are well managed by the team work between Japan East and West.

3. Challenges you feel you are facing in carrying out the assignment (if any)

  1. There are no face to face meetings. during this period. 
  2. What we do in Japan, partnership meetings between both Japan East and West with Japan YMCA top leaders is not really introduced to the rest of the Asia Pacific Area. 

4. What can the Area help you with (if any)

  1. If there is any country that want to develop the partnership meeting with their partner YMCA National Council, I would like to hear their plans but so far no country mentioned for such opportunity. 

5. Items you would like to see discussed at ACM (if any)

  1. I have been doing this Liaison work since 2016. This is about time to shift the leadership as Liaison.
