1. Reports on your progress toward your goals (activities from July to October)

  1. AEOs Meeting to be made monthly one or two times, regularly, the First one started on July 14, 2022 when I was in Copenhagen.
  2. ASPArea Bulletin Team Meeting for e-Bulletin of "Y's Hub Asia ASP" on July 19. and published out on Aug. 31 by ASD BE Mr. Paul LIM
  3. To participate first ICM Meeting 2022-23 held on July 04-09 in Aarhus, Denmark
  4. First ASD LTOD Training Meeting held by ASD LTOD PAP Rita and AEOs on July 30,2022
  5. Area Development Committee Meeting held by PAP David on Aug. 22 for clarification of its function and developing
  6. Meeting of APs & RDS held by IHQ on Aug. 26.
  7. First ACM Meeting by AEOs held on Aug. 27 taking longer time and will improve it.
  8. IYC Youth Convocation to be held by IHQ held on Sept.04-09 in Chiangmai, there was 24 youths from ASP To attend.
  9. I took a visit on Sept. 09-12 to RAHA YMC in Philippin for an IBC official vist and further discussion. 
  10. There was an importantly deliberate discussion meeting with IHQ and IEOs on Sep. 12, and concluded to make the postponment of 100th anniversay until next March 09-12 via an immediate ICM ballot.
  11. The Registration Website "www. ymi-100.org" is now reopen as we made some correction on details due to postponment
  12. There was a successful EMC Training Session held by ASD EMC IPRD Joan Wong & PAP Rita on Sept. 23 which will power to serve.
  13. For 100th anniversay , the Host Committee in Taiwan is non-stop for least 22 meetings until now.
  14. to congratulate the installation of DG Mr. Joseph along with their District Convention on Sept. 24 and and another Joint Installation Ceremony of Hongkong District by DG Ms. Pinky on Sept, 23,2022.
  15. YMI Awards for 2021/22 was announced by IPIP Dr. Kim in recent days, Congratulate to those who won the prize as hereunder for their great contribution to our Area and YMI world. The outstanding Award (silver) for Southeast Region IPRD Joan Wong,  Bronze Award forAustralia Region Mr. Wayne Cameron, & Philippines Region-PRIAC. And  DGs Awards/Elmer Crowe Prizes for Japan East-Azusa-Mr. Ayako Hasegawa, Japan West-Kyoto-Mr. Ruji Nakamura, Philippines-Manila Bay-Mr.Jericho Galita, Southeast Asia-Hongkong-Mr. Deepak Bhandari, Southeast Asia-SMIT-Mr. Rachan Maneekarn, Taiwan-South-Mr. Ping-Tse Wu, and many other Booster Prize, etc those shown on YMI website for browser. Your best contribution with efforts are worthy of them. Thanks.

2. Reports on your plans (October to February 2023)

  1. The key matter for Area and International , is aiming at a successful Centennial Celebration in Taipei, Taiwan
  2. For Centennial all infrastructural and programs remains no change but there will be alot of corrections due to personnels difference due to both 1. date 2. performer are somehow different to.
  3. The Subsequent meeting of RDE Summit will be held in Taipei, on March 13-15 after Centennial Celebration on March 9-12 that can be run smoothly.
  4. Besides requiring all Regional Directors to execute well about their goals and targets 10-20% growth, also require them to invite more members and their spouses, and more Menettes to attend 100th anniversary

3. Challenges you feel you are facing in carrying out the assignment (if any)

  1. So far it's quite excellent for the co-operation of RDs, ASDs, Committees, Task Forces with AEOS, and all of them are working their best.
  2. My principle and the thoughts with ASP Leaders is "Respect and Love", I wish them in Health and Happiness at all, only with body health them we can walk far miles. Thanking for their support.

4. What can the Area help you with (if any)

I am strengthening that as many as more YMI from abroad to attend 100 years of anniversary in Taipei, Taiwan on MARCH 9-12. 2023

5. Items you would like to see discussed at ACM (if any)

Each item of Agenda could be discussed and concluded efficiently.
