1. Reports on your progress toward your goals (activities from July to October)
- Contacted all RDs and ASDs introducing myself as ASD LTOD for the year 22/23.
- The training of the ASP Area ASDs was held on July 30 successfully, via zoom.
In the introductory section, the role & responsibility of each ASD was highlighted.
The explanation on PowerPoint included the Service Director's Manual.
The importance of achieving goals and targets, the reporting system, and timely progress reports were emphasized.
As a result, ASD Joan had an EMC session on September 23 where I assisted with the AEOs.
2. Reports on your plans (October to February 2023)
- A refresher session for ASP ASDs will be held on December 3.
- Will be contacting the RSDs for LTOD requesting their progress reports in preparation for my half-yearly report.
- Plan to have a successful RDE Training
3. What can the Area help you with (if any)
The AEOs have been tremendously cooperative and helpful in my plans.
4. Other comments (if any)
Time management at all ACMs is very important.
