1. Reports on your progress toward your goals (activities from July to October)
In compliance to the required AQCM report, I sent out emails reminding submission for the needed ASP History articles from the Area leadership grouped into three levels as follows:
Level A. To: Area Executive Officers
- ACM Resolutions
- Events, activities and projects particularly the:
- ASP Area Centennial Projects,
- Plans and related decisions for YMI IC in Taiwan;
- Other activities and events, such as but not limited to the IYC in Chiang Mai, Thailand
- Other inputs you may wish to be included
Level B. To: Regional Directors
- Club Anniversaries and inductions
- New clubs chartered
- Area and YMI Awards received for the year
- Regional and/or District conventions
- Other significant events or celebration: Colored photos relevant to these activities
Level C. To: Area Service Directors
Events, activities and publications that may have occurred, published or circulated during the last few (6) months; please provide photos with captions
2. Reports on your plans (October to February 2023)
Reminding them for a follow up on article contributions for the first semester with a deadline on or before 31 December 2022
3. Challenges you feel you are facing in carrying out the assignment (if any)
Slow or non - response from/by some email recipients
4. What can the Area help you with (if any)
Would appreciate some help to secure the support/responses/compliance of Leadership levels, for relevant information as history materials
5. Items you would like to see discussed at ACM (if any)
