1. Your expectations to make a difference during Jul.-Oct.?-Update on Progress

I thank AP OHNO Ben for continuing with the Theme 2020-21 "Make A Difference" and for taking it "Beyond the 100th".

We join as members to give back to our respective communities and impact lives.  Small acts of kindness, an expression of love: "Make a Difference".

As IPAP, my objective is to support the AP and the AEO, working together in solidarity as a team for the greater good of the Area and YMI.

I hope to "Make A Difference" in my role as Chair of the Area Development Committee, working with other committees and task forces that were formed during the term 2020-21.

2. Step taken to-date to achieve Goals and Key Target 2021/2022

The AEOs continue to hold monthly AEO Meetings to deliberate on the affairs of the Area and developments in the Regions.

Participated in Centennial Task Forces' meetings and gave support and guidance where necessary.

3. Share 1 or 2 Key Activities that have made/will make a difference

1. Supporting AEOs.

2. Advancing the cause of the Area at International Council Meetings such as the equitable distribution of the Area Discretionary Leadership Grants.

           - ASP Area is the biggest contributor to the BF Fund but in terms of ADL allocation.

4. Challenges

Assisting in resolving regional issues that had arisen during the Term 2020-21.

5. Additional Comments, if any

      The AP Troika system is working well in our Area with the continuation of AEO Monthly Meetings.
