FQCM Report for 2021-2022

Japan East Region

1. Your expectations to make a difference during Jul.-Oct.?-Update on Progress

1. The committee to study the organization has started to discuss the organization for the mid-term plan.
2. At the second region board meeting, the budget for the SDGs project by Youth was approved and we moved on to the next phase.

2. Step taken to-date to achieve Goals and Key Target 2021/2022

1. Meetings are held twice a month to discuss the establishment of new clubs. We share our progress and discuss new strategies.

3. Share 1 or 2 Key Activities that have made/will make a difference

1. A forum for membership development is being held from September to November with prospective members.

4. Challenges

1. When establishing a new club, it is necessary to create a strong mission for that club. We are expected to communicate that process.
