We had a very good attendence at the Region meeting . The clubs that did not attend do not use zoom . All clubs were sent a brief summary of the meeting and the outcomes from it immediately after the meeting concluded.

4. Challenges

Covid lockdowns and limitations of travel continue to be a significant problem for most clubs. Fund raising activities continue to be curtailed as well

5. Your region’s efforts and activities toward the 100th anniversary

A Floor Motion presented at the Region meeting was  " The Australian Region donate $5000 towards the Building fund for the International Headquarter" as part of our contribution towards the 100 anniversary activities.
At the time of writing this report the motion has not been confirmed by clubs because the motion was presented at the meeting and our constituion states that motions presented as floor motions must be sent to clubs for a postal vote to confirm the motion.
