Oyama Norihiko, ASD-Portalbuzz Administrator of Asia Pacific Area 2021-2022

At the beginning of this term, there were 3 Regions that have not yet implemented Portalbuzz. The information I collected from the RDs is as follows:

SEA: The Region performed training for Portalbuzz on 11 Seo 2011. The target to accomplish the Portalbuzz by all clubs is by the end of January 2022.

Japan West: The Regional Board resolved not to use Portalbuzz. I'd like to hear the reason for this from RD-JER.

Philippines: No response. I'd like to hear the current status from RD-Philippines.
