3. Share 1 or 2 Key Activities that have made/will make a difference

1. We will all have made a difference if members are committed to recruiting their friends to become members.

2. RDs take the lead in spearheading club extension into new territories together with DGs and CPs.

3. Words of encouragement will help motivate members towards meeting the Challenge 22 goals.

4. Challenges

  1. Regions and clubs with a predominance of senior members in terms of age have found it difficult to recruit new members, especially younger ones.

5. Additional Comments, if any

1. Regions are encouraged to leverage International Programs such as iGO, GOLD2.0 among others to attract youth and young adults to join as members.

2. Explore ways to interest friends with the international network offered by YMI.

3. My appreciation to all RDs for the commitment that has been expressed.
